Our Safety Program

Six Pillars of Safety

Our safety program is not a binder on a shelf. It is a working system that protects our crews, our clients' job sites, and the public.

OSHA Compliance

All field personnel hold current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certifications. Supervisors are OSHA 30 certified. We maintain full compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.

Documented Safety Program

Our written safety program covers hazard communication, fall protection, confined space, trenching and excavation, electrical safety, and PPE requirements. Updated annually and audited regularly.

Daily Safety Culture

Every crew holds a daily toolbox talk before work begins. Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) are completed for each scope. Stop-work authority is given to every crew member.

Field Audits & Inspections

Regular field safety audits are conducted by supervisors and safety officers. Findings are documented, corrective actions are tracked, and trends are reported to leadership.

Training & Certification

Crews are trained in CPR/First Aid, flagging and traffic control, aerial rescue, confined space entry, and utility-specific safety protocols. Certifications are tracked and maintained.

Incident Management

All incidents, near-misses, and observations are documented and investigated. Root cause analysis drives corrective action. Incident rates are tracked and reported to clients monthly.

Certifications & Standards

Compliant, Certified, Audit-Ready.

We maintain the certifications and documentation that primes and carriers require. Our safety records, insurance certificates, and compliance documents are always current and available upon request.
